Mrs. Oscar Wingate
Called Beyond			(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Mrs. Oscar Wingate, 79, passed away June 22, 1968 in Onawa, IA.  She 
was born on July 10, 1888 at Moorhead, Iowa a daughter of Christian and Carrie 
Melby.	
	
	Her survivors include her husband, Oscar; one son, Harlow, of Soldier 
and two daughters, Mrs. Howard (Alice) Thoreson of Sioux City and Mrs. Bernard 
(Nadine) Berens of Dunlap.  There are six grandchildren and two great 
grandchildren, a twin sister, Mrs. Anna Evenson of Soldier and a brother, John 
Melby of Soldier.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Chris, 
Lewis, Adolph and Oscar, and one sister, Mrs. Sarah Engen.
