	Dorrance F. Woodward, 76, of Moorhead, Iowa, died Monday, March 14, 
1994, at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa,
	Mr. Woodward  was born on a farm west of Pisgah, Iowa, November 24, 
1917, the son of Frank and Mabel (Babbitt) Woodward.  On April 5th, 1941, he 
married Pearl Pedersen in Onawa.  
	He is survived by his wife, Pearl, of Moorhead, one son, Robert and 
his wife, Mary, of Woodward, Iowa, three daughters, Carolyn and her husband 
Bob Patterson of Hampstead, NH, Marcia and her husband Phil Watters of Des 
Moines, IA, and Bonnie and her husband Jerry Blume of Soldier, IA; five 
grandchildren, Steve Blume, Angela and Wade Watters, Scott Woodward and Marcia 
Kay and husband Bill Henry; three great grandchildren, Maddie, Robbie and 
Jordan Henry; one sister, Margaret Petty of Little Sioux, IA, and one brother, 
Clarence Woodward of Pisgah, IA.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, one granddaughter, Michelle 
Watters, two sisters, Nellie Smith and Bernice Pace, and one brother, William 
Woodward.
