	Edward Zittlau, 85,  died Monday, July 27, 1992, at his residence in 
Onawa.
	He was born September 11, 1906, in Lonva, Poland, the son of Heinrich 
and Adele (Juck) Zittlau.  He married Johanna Schewe February 2, 1929, in 
Poland.  She died July 9, 1975, in Sioux City.  
	Survivors include two daughters, Inga Henry of Audubon, IA and Wanda 
Heffner of Sloan, IA, two sons, Bruno Zittlau of Seattle, WA, and Horst 
Zittlau of Sergeant Bluff, IA, two brothers, Rudolf and Edward Wickman, both 
of Blue Springs, MO, and fourteen grandchildren, Ralph, Gary, Jon, and Lorie 
Henry, Lisa Drier, Rick, Frank and Linda Heffner, Lana Kay, Ramona, Brian, 
Kirk, Raymond and Terry Zittlau.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and brothers and 
sisters.
