Know all Men by these Presents,That Mr William Buss and Lavina Buss of 
Montgromery County and State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of Eight 
Hundred Dollars in hand paid by John Binegar of Montgomery County and state of 
Iowa do hearby sell and convey unto the said John Binegar the following 
described premsis situated in the county of Montgomery and State of Iowa to wit
The North half of the South most Quarter of section no twenty one 21 Township n
Seventy three 73 North of Range no Thirty Seven 37 of the Fifth Oriucipal 
Weridiaio
And we hearby covenant with the said John Binegar that we hold said premsis by 
good and perfect tittle that we have good right and lawful authority to sell 
and convey the same that they are free and clear of all liens and incumbrances
