Carlson Dies Resident of This City for Past Thirty-eight Years Died Early This Morning Mrs. A.F. Carlson, seventy-one years old, died this morning at 3:15 o'clock at her home, 102 East Sheridan Avenue following an illness of several months. Old age and complications were the cause of her death. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Swedish Lutheran church in charge of Rev. G.O. Gustafson of Council Bluffs. Interment will be made in Rosehill cemetery Besides her husband, Mrs. Carlson leaves two sons, Oscar and Clarence of Shenandoah and one daughter, Mrs. Martin Kling of Emerson, Ia. Louise Peterson was born in Sweden and was married in the old country thirty-eight years ago to A.F. Carlson. They settled in Essex after coming to America, moving to Shenandoah after they had lived there about six months, where they have lived ever since. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
