Carl Swop signed the marriage affidavit for George Krout and Della Duncan.
George was at least 21 years and Della was at least 18 years.
Clerk of the District Court was:  H.P. Jaqua
The certificate of marriage states George Krout and Della Duncan were married 
on the 27th day of September 1893 at Bedford,Iowa.
Della was age 26 and George was age 27.
J.R. McCoun was Justice of the Peace.
