Henry Lucken (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen) LE MARS, Iowa – J. Henry Lucken, 88 of Le Mars, former state senator, died Saturday in a nursing home in Le Mars. Mr. Lucken was born Feb. 6, 1896, rural Akron and was a lifelong Plymouth County resident except for time he served during World War I. He married Cecelia Woll Dec. 17, 1917, at Merrill, IA He served in the Iowa State Legislature from 1946 until 1970 as a representative and later as a senator.
