Michael Edward Hinton Obituary, Des Moines, IA, 13 Aug 1951: E. D. HINTON TOT IS ELECTROCUTED Michael Edward Hinton, 13 month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward D. Hinton, formerly of Des Moines, was electrocuted Saturday morning at his home in Lincoln, Neb. The boy was found playing with a live wire and was killed almost instantly when it became grounded on a radiator, officials said. The Hintons had moved to Lincoln only three months ago. They had formerly lived with Hinton's mother, Mrs. A. N. Hinton, 743 Thirty-sixth st.
