Gladys H. Ryan               (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Gladys H. Ryan, 82, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Onawa, Iowa, passed 
at her home in Phoenix on February 21, 1985.
	She was born October 7, 1902, in Boomer Township near Honey Creek, 
Iowa to George and Annie Ward Page.  On May 12, 1926, she was united in 
marriage to Leonard J. Ryan at Council Bluffs.     Mr. Ryan died April 27, 
1981, in Onawa.
	
	Survivors include a son,  of Chandler, Ariz., a daughter of Onawa, ten 
grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and an infant 
daughter, Donna Mae.
