	Georgia M. Boe, 90, of Sioux City died Monday, Aug. 12, 1996, at a 
Sioux City hospital.
	
	Mrs. Boe was born Feb. 22, 1906, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of 
Lindley A. and Elizabeth M. (Ferkins) McCleary.  
	On June 19, 1940, she married Adolph Boe in Onawa, Iowa.  
	Mr. Boe died Nov. 2, 1993, in Sioux City.	
	Survivors include a son, David Boe and his wife, Mary Beth, of Sioux 
City; a daughter, Margaret deBuhr and her husband, Dean, of Eden Prairie, 
Minn.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, LeRoy 
McCleary of Davenport; and two sisters, Dorothy Steuben of Davenport and 
Katherine Merre of Apopka, Fla.
	She was preceded in death by a grandson, Gregory; five sisters, Grace, 
Mary, Florence, Reva and Ruth, and a brother, Bert.
