Burial was in St. Ann's Cemetery. Mr. Doyle was married to Vera DuCray in Princeton in 1935. He was a retired farmer, past president of the Scott County Beef Producers, member of the Davenport Moose Lodge and Knights of Columbus, Davenport. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Roger (Pat) Panther of Nashville, Tennessee, Mrs. Tom (Colleen) Pohlman of Davenport, and Mrs. Joe (Valera) Sovcik of Northbrook, Illinois; three sons, John of Cartersville, Georgia, Gene of Bettendorf and Mike of Princeton; 13 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. LeRoy (Viola) Strobbe pf Long Grove; and two brothers, Vincent of DeWitt and Lester of LeClaire.
