John Leslie Wills died 6 June 1988 in the VA Hospital in Dayton, Montgomer 
County, Ohio. He was my father. His father John Mitchel Wills was born 9 Sept 
1863 in Walnut Grove, Story County, Iowa and died 9 Nov 1947 in Kelso, Cowlitz 
County, Washington. His mother Lulu Maude Chandler died 4 February 1947 in 
Longview, Cowlitz County, Washington. My father John Leslie Wills married 
Pearl Ellen Forslin (born 26 February 1924 in Dover, Bonner County, Idaho and 
died 10 March 1988 in St. Paris, Champaign County, Ohio)on 29 July 1944 in 
Longview, Cowlitz County, Washington.
My father, John Leslie Wills had two sisters that lived and one that died as 
an infant. Their names are: 1. Winifred Maude Wills who was born 20 March 1896 
in Walnut Grove, Story, Iowa and died 28 April 1969 in Ames, Story, Iowa. She 
married Orville Francis Nelson on 8 March 1920 in Salina, Saline, Kansas; 2. 
Elva Madelind Wills who was born 29 December 1898 in Cambrige, Story, Iowa and 
died 30 December 1975 in Kelso, Cowlitz, Washington. She married Ernest David 
Sharer on 29 December 1918 in Baird, Crawford County, Iowa. 3. Erla Mitchella 
Wills was born 18 April 1903 in Cambridge, Story, Iowa and died 14 May 1903 in 
Cambridge, Story County, Iowa and is buried in the Cambridge Cemetery, Union 
Township, Story County, Iowa; 4. John Leslie Wills (*my father listed above)
