The Somerset herald. (Somerset, Pa.): June 08, 1892
Near Gilman, Iowa, May 5, 1892, of peritonitis, Henry Ensminger, aged 63 years and 2
months.  Henry Ensminger was born in Somerset county, Pa., March 5, 1827, and on the
28th day of February 1853, was united in marriage to Lydia Biesecker. After living
there for three years they move to Lee county Ill., and in the fall of 1860 they
removed to Iowa and settled near La Grand, Marshall Co., Iowa. Twenty years ago they
moved to the place in Highland township, Tama county Iowa, where he died.
