Sept 17, 1925 OBITUARY Cora Evelyn NASH was born near Northville, South Dakota, December 8, 1893, and died August 31, 1925, at the age of 31 years, 8 months and 24 days. She lived with her parents until her marriage to Oscar CHIDESTER on June 16, 1915, at Aberdeen, S. D. In 1917 they moved from South Dakota to St. Croix Falls, Wis., where they lived for two years. In 1919 they came to Iowa, where they now reside, 8 miles east of Albia. To this union were born six children, three boys and three girls. She leaves to mourn their loss a kind and loving husband and six children: Alice, 9 years, Archie 7; Mary 5; Oscar Jr., 4; Cora May 2; and Calvin Coolidge 10 months. Besides her family she leaves four sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Walter BRANT, Mrs. George VANHOUSTEN, Miss Laura NASH and Roy NASH of Northville, S. D., Earl NASH of Chelsea S. D., and Mrs. Guy MATTHEWS of Cresbard, S. D., and a host of other relatives and friends. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. She was a kind and loving wife and mother and will be missed by all who knew her. She was a great home worker and took great pride in her little family. She attended the Bethel Church. A loved one from among us is gone. In God we trust. The funeral was held in the Bethel church, the Rev. John A. BROWN of Albia officiating. The entire neighborhood gathered to pay a last sad tribute to the deceased and a sorrowing sympathy to the bereaved relatives. Some of her relatives came from South Dakota for the funeral.--Albia Union-Republican.
