Lanigan and Timothy H. Lanigan minors if they have reached their majority at the time of my brothers death, then their mother will be their guardians until they reach legal age. Continued pg. 2 And no part of real or personal property shall be given away or bartered only for the good of all parties concerned. And with the consent of James M. & Timothy H. Lanigan minors at present. All this with the understanding that they will be united with their family ties as they are of this date and if they are peaceful and law abiding citizens of the U.S. and if James M. & Timothy H. Lanigan take care of their mother & father in their needs and care for them in their old age as they need it. Non compliance of these facts makes this will void. That the house and half lot of 930 not be disposed by me before my death, shall be the means of payment of my debts. Funeral expenses which must be plain and cheap, and church and religious expenses if there is no money to meet these debts, otherwise shall stand as a lean against debts and all leans shall be against house on half lot at 930 Pershing Ave. Timothy E.
