P. French and E. S. French wife of said W. P. French of the County of Washington, State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and ten dollars in hand paid by William Jugenheimer do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the said William Jugenheimer heirs and assigns forever, the following described Real Estate situated in Washington County, in the State of Iowa, to-wit: Commencing at the South east corner of the thirteen acre tract of land formerly owned by Der Dewey (said his Deed recorded in Book W page 220) in the North east quarter of the South West quarter of Section Eighteen in Township Seventy five North of Range Seven west thence North Sixteen Rods to the South line of the Chicago and Southwestern Railroad thence forty four rods and five feet in a Southwesterly direction along said South line of said Railroad. thence East forty rods to place of beginning containing two acres more or less. And the said grantor hereby Warrants the Title of said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever and the said E. S. French hereby relinquishes her right of dower in and to said premises. Witness our hands this 25th day of April 1876 W. P. French Elisabeth S. French State of Iowa, Washington County, SS. I J. F.
