Know All Men, That We Jackson Roberts and Margaret J. Roberts wife of Jackson 
Roberts of the County of Washington, State of Iowa in consideration of the sum 
of Three Hundred Dollars in hand paid by William Jugenheimer do hereby Revise, 
Release, and quit claim unto the said William Jugenheimer his heirs and 
assigns forever, the following described Real Estate, situated in Washington 
County, in the State of Iowa, to-wit:
The East Half of the North West quarter of the South East quarter of the South 
West quarter of Section Number Eighteen (18) in Township Seventy five (75) 
North of Range Number Seven (7) West.
     And the said Margaret J. Roberts hereby relinquishes her right of Dower 
in and to said premises.
Witness our hands this 31st day of December A. D. 1873

State of Iowa, Washington County SS
     I, A. R. Dewey a Notary Public in and for said county, do hereby certify 
that Jackson Roberts and Margaret J. Roberts are personally known to me to be 
the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above conveyance as 
grantors and that they this day came personally before me and acknowledged the 
same to be their voluntary act and deed.
Witness my hand and Notarial Seal this 1st day of January A. D. 1874.
