Know All Men, that Helena Trimple widow of Peter Trimple Des of the County of 
Washington, State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars 
in hand paid by W. Jugenheimer do hereby transfer & quit claim unto the said 
W. Jugenheimer his heirs and assigns forever, the following described Real 
Estate, situated in Washington County, in the state of Iowa, to-wit:
The undivided one half of the North West quarter of the South East quarter of 
the South West quarter of Section No Eighteen (18) township No. Seventy five 
(75) Range No Seven (7) West.  Together with all the appurtenances thereunto 
belonging.
     And the said grantor hereby hereby (sic) relinquishes right of Dower in 
and to said premises.
Witness my hand this 1eth day of June 1874.

I A. R. Dewey a Notary Public in and for said County, do hereby certify that 
Helena Trimple who is personally known to me to be the identical persons whose 
names are affixed to the above conveyance as grantors and that they this day 
came personally before me and acknowledged the same to be their voluntary act 
and deed.
