Winter wife of said John Winter of the County of Washington and State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars in hand paid by William Jugenheimer do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said William Jugenheimer his heirs and assigns forever the following described Real Estate, situated in Washington County, in the State of Iowa, to-wit: Commencing at the South west Corner of of(sic) the South East quarter of the North East quarter of Section No Seventeen (17) township No Seventy five (75) Range Seven (7) West at a Stone Monument running thence North four (4) Chains and forty six (46) links to the Railroad then East by said Railroad two (2) chains and twenty four and one half links (24 1/2) thence South four (4) Chains and forty Six links (46) thence west two chains and twenty four & one half links (24 1/2) to the place of beginning containing one 91) acre more or less. And the said grantor hereby WARRANT THE TITLE OF SAID PREMISES against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and the said Mary S.
