He was the son of William Wright and ___________. Army Record Private Wright entered the service September 11, 1918, going to Camp Dodge, where he was assignedto the 48th Co. 163rd Depot Brigade. He contracted pneumonia and died October 13, 1918. Private Wright was an orphan, coming from the Soldiers' Orphans' Home at Davenport to live with the Henry Brinning family.
