Wellman Advance  Thu, April 16, 1931
  The death of Joe Albin occurred at the county home Saturday morning 
following an illness from gangrene in the foot and other complications of old 
age.  The deceased was born near Daytonville, February 8, 1849, the son of 
Elijah and Miranda (Romine) Albin, and was one of a family of nine children; 
five sisters and three brothers. The surviving are: Mrs. Hiram Gray, of 
Wellman; Mrs. J.R. Palmer, of Washington; Mrs. Scaberry, of West Chester, and 
Wm. E., of Kalamazoo, Mich. He never married.
