Ada B. Harris, age 82 of Sheridan, WY
Died Friday, August 4, 2000, in Westview Health Care Center, Sheridan
Born October 3, 1917, in Wayne County, Iowa
Parents - Albert and Effie (Leager) Gleason

    She grew up and graduated high school on Harlan, Iowa in 1935. She married
Clare Jess Ellis on June 10, 1937, in buffalo, WY. They later divorced and in
1946 she married Earl Donnelly in Rapid City, SD. They later divorced and on
September 5, 1953, she married Walter Harris in Sheridan. During her work years
she worked as receptionist for Donnelley Trucking, Sheridan Press, Sheridan High
School, and the YMCA. She also enjoyed working the concession stands at the
baseball park and the rodeo fairgrounds for many years. She was a member of
Sheridan Wesleyan Church, Elks Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and American Legion
Auxiliaries. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, reading, and being involved in her
church.

Preceded in death be her sister Goldie Bailey and four brothers Orval, Roy
Gerald, and Oral Gleason.

SONS - Jerry Ellis, Aurora, CO
             Gary Donnelley, Anchorage, Alaska
2 GRANDCHILDREN
2 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN

FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE 10:00AM ON SATURDAY (AUG. 12TH ) FROM FERRIS FUNERAL
HOME WITH PASTOR CHUCK LUCAS OFFICIATING. INTERMENT IN SHERIDAN ELKS CEMETERY.

Memorials may benefit the Westview Health Care Center, Alzheimer Unit, 1990 W.
Loucks St, Sheridan, WY 82801.
