Myrtle I. Schmidt 

SLOAN, Iowa -- Myrtle I. Schmidt, 99, of Fort Dodge, Iowa, formerly of Sloan 
and Cushing, Iowa, died Monday June 11, 2007 in Fort Dodge.

Myrtle I. Lee was born June 6, 1908, in Cottonwood, Minn. She was united in 
marriage to John Collison in 1927, at Albaton Lutheran Church near Sloan.  He 
preceded her in death in 1962.

She was united in marriage to Earl Snodgrass on South Dakota and they 
established their home in Sloan. He preceded her in death in 1972. She married 
Milton Schmidt on 1976 in Cushing, Iowa, 

Survivors include her daughter and her husband of Fort Dodge; a son and his 
wife of Santa Ynez, Calif.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a 
brother, Kermit Lee of Sloan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Cora (Olson) Lee; two 
brothers; and three sisters.
