Ping, Ila Jeanette Foss		
	Ila was born July 25, 1938, in Soldier, Iowa to Oscar and Edith 
(Johnson) Foss.  She married Cleo/Bud Ping July 12, 1959 at the Soldier 
Lutheran Church 
	She pased away Saturday, September 11, 1993.
	Ila is survived by her mother, Edith Foss of Onawa; her husband, 
Cleo/Bud; a son, Michael and his wife Patricia and their children of rural 
Salix; a daughter, Carla Ping of Sioux City; and a brother, Gordon Foss of 
Soldier. She was preceded in death by her father Oscar.
