	A. Allan Shook, 50, died Thursday at a Sioux City Hospital after being 
stricken at his home.
	
	Mr. Shook was born Sept. 3, 1937 in Sioux City, Iowa.   He married 
Sharon Y. Sogn May 5, 1956 in Sioux City. Survivors include his wife, four 
sons, Dr. Steven L., Mark A., and James B., all of Sioux City, and David G. of 
Omaha; his parents, Lorne N. and Dorothy A. Shook of Sioux City; a brother, 
Gary L. of Fort Collins, Colo. and seven grandchildren.
