Mabel C. Thompson

	Mabel C. Thompson, 94,  died Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992, at a nursing home 
after a short illness.
	
	Mrs. Thompson, former Mabel C. Lee, was born Sept. 28, 1897, in 
Moorhead, Iowa, the daughter of Martin and Carrie Lee.  She married Walter E. 
Thompson Nov. 24, 1926, in Sioux City.  He died May 18, 1978, in Sioux City.  
She was a homemaker.
	
	Survivors include two sons and their wives, Neal and Mary Thompson of 
Sioux City and another son of Omaha; a daughter and her husbandof Sioux City; 
eight  grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three 
stepgreat-grandchildren.
	She was also preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
