Faith E. Welding 

Sioux City Journal

Faith Elaine Welding, 97, of Sioux City died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2006, in 
South Sioux City.
    Faith was born Jan. 24, 1909, in Sioux City, the daughter of Fred and 
Evelyn (Perrin) Strange. On June 1, 1928, she was united in marriage to Paul 
Welding in Sioux City.  Paul passed away Dec. 25, 1980.
     Survivors include a daughter and her husband of Sioux City; a son and his 
wife of Alamo, Texas; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a close 
niece, Sue; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; her parents; a sister, 
Betty Houghton; and two brothers, Fred and Keith Strange.
