OBITUARY: Sophia Boe, Worth County, Iowa Sophia Boe (57) died May 7, 1937 at Franklin Hospital, Minneapolis where she had been a patient several months. She had been a teacher in the public schools of Albert Lea, Hutchinson and Virginia, MN until 25 years ago when she became an invalid. Until a short time ago, she had lived with her parents in St. Anthony park. She was a sister of Pres. Boe of St. Olaf College, the Rev. A.J. Boe, Superior, WI and Mrs. A.M. Satre of Moorhead, MN. She was born December 28, 1879 at Leland, IL to Rev. N.E. Boe and Anna D. Reque. She graduated from St. Olaf Academy and spent one year at State Teachers College, Mankato, Univ. of Chicago and Thomas School, Detroit, MI. She was preceded in death by an older sister, wife of Rev.
