OBITUARY: Jimmy Nelson, Worth County, Iowa

Jimmy Nelson died February 28, 1975 in a snowmobile accident 1/4 mile
from his farm home in Silver Lake.  He was born March 24, 1922 in Worth 
Co. to John and Esther (Leegaard) Nelson.  He was baptized and confirmed 
by Rev. C.T. Fjelstul at Silver Lake.  He married Maxine Moe in 
September of 1940.  He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Gary 
(Sandra) Thompson, Albert Lea and Mrs. Robert (Cheryl) Tenold, 
Northwood; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Esther Nelson, Lake 
Mills and one brother, Clifford, Glenville, MN and a sister, Mrs. Ed 
(Minnie) Holland, Lake Mills.  The funeral was held at Silver Lake, with 
Rev. Otto Schmitt officiating.
