OBITUARY: Henry Rugland, Worth County, Iowa


Henry Rugland (72) of Northwood died March 23, 1977 at Mercy Hospital, 
Mason City, Iowa.  He had suffered a stroke three weeks earlier.  The
funeral was held at Northwood, with Rev. Allen Hermier officiating and
burial in Sion Cemetery.

He was born May 7, 1904 in Worth Co. to Halvor and Anna Rugland.  He had
attended Worth Co. schools and farmed the home place until 1968 when he
moved to Northwood.
