OBITUARY: Minnie Sanvik, Worth County, Iowa Minnie Sanvik Minnie Sanvik (81) died February 26, 1974 at Mercy Hospital, Mason City, Iowa. She had been a resident of the Lutheran Retirement Home in Northwood. Rev. Allen Hermier conducted the funeral service held at Silver Lake. She was a native of Lake Mills, having been born August 12, 1892 to Ole and Jore Sunsvold. She was a member of First Lutheran. Mr. and Mrs. Sanvik were married June 7, 1914 at Silver Lake Church. He died in 1959. She was also preceded in death by her parents and an infant daughter. She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Cleo (Gilma) Pyle, Mason City; Mrs. Elden (Senora) Brunsvold, Lake Mills; Mrs. Harley (Margaret) McQuatters, Manly; Mrs. Chester (Eleanore) Stromley, Gladys Anderson, Bettendorf; Mrs. Raymond (Arlene) Alitz, Plymouth; a brother, Victor, Scarville; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
