OBITUARY: Clayton Sorbo, Worth County, Iowa Clayton Sorbo Clayton Sorbo (39) WW II veteran, died of a heart attack on February 29, 1960. His funeral was held at Silver Lake, with Rev. B.E. Nyjordet officiating. Military rites were conducted by the Albert Lea American Legion. He was also a member of the VFW and of Silver Lake Lutheran Church. He was an employee of Land O'Lakes Creamery, Inc. He is survived by a son, Allan Maurice Hillman who is in the U.S.Navy on board the U.S.S. Orleck and by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nels K. Sorby. He was born June 16, 1920 to Nels K. and Esther F. Sorbo of the Silver Lake community. He moved to Albert Lea Twp. in l935 and six years later to Albert Lea, where he graduated from high school.
