OBITUARY: Dorothy Lou Christian, Worth County, Iowa Dorothy Lou Christian Dorothy Lou Christian (13) Emmons school girl dropped dead of a cerebral hemmorhage in a gymnasium chair Friday during lunch hour. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin H. Christian of Emmons. She had had fainting spells the past two years. She was born January 1, 1934 in Worth Co. She was confirmed in Silver Lake Church. She is survived by her parents; three sisters, Mrs. Emil (Ardella) Dybvad, Lake Mills; Mrs. Mrs. Lars (Viola) Zuelke, at home and Mrs. James (Marjorie) Emmons, Dubuque, IA; two brothers, Mervel, at home and Byrine, Albert Lea; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. S.T. Christian, Albert Lea and Mr. Larson, Emmons. The funeral was held at Silver Lake, with the Rev. G.B. Odegaard officiating.
