OBITUARY: Carrie Joy Forland, Worth County, Iowa



                         Carrie Joy Forland

Carrie Joy Forland (10) from Northwood died July 2, 1986 at the
University Hospital, Iowa City after a long illness with cancer.  She
was born August 30, 1975 at Mason City to Steven and Lonnie (Boutelle)
Forland.  She had completed fourth grade in the Lake Mills School.

She is survived by her parents, a brother, Chad, at home; maternal
grandparents, Dorothy and Doyle Boutelle, Northwood and paternal
grandparents, Lawrence and Valborg Forland, Northwood.  "She loved
animals, especially horses."  She was a member of the Silver Lake
Lutheran Church.
