OBITUARY: Peter K. Stime c1866-1956, Worth County, Iowa Obituary for Peter K. Stime Peter K. Stime, 89, Dies at Home Rites Tuesday for Old Resident Here Peter K. Stime, 89, who was born on a farm southwest of Northwood where the A. H. Enersons now live, died Friday at his farm home four miles southwest of town. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Conner funeral home and at 2 p.m. at the First Lutheran church of which he was a member. The Rev. Oscar Mikkelson officiated. Mr. Stime had been in poor health for several years and confined to his bed the past four weeks. He suffered a stroke on April 2. When about 14 years of age, Mr. Stime went to live with a family in Franklin county, Iowa, and from there moved with them to South Dakota. About 35 years was spent away from this vicinity, but the rest of his life was spent on his farm. Hendlyn Helgeson is now renting the place. Mr. Stime had never married. Survivors include a brother, Knut, northwest of town, and a sister, Mrs. Christina Knutson, Albert Lea.
