OBITUARY: Durene Nelson, 1952-1959, Worth Co., Iowa



                             Durene Nelson 

Durene Nelson (6) daugher of Mr. and Mrs Dennis Nelson, died March 31,
1959 at her home of cancer.  She was born October 25, 1952 at Naeve
Hospital.  She was baptized by the Rev. C. Notsund at Bristol Church,
attended Sunday School and junior choir and was in first grade in the
Joice school.  She is survived by her parents, sister, Deborah, paternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T.A. Johnson, Northwood and paternal
grandmother, Mrs. Alyce Nelson, Joice; two great-grandparents, Mrs. John
Sime and Mrs. Christ Halvorson.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather last June.  The
funeral was held at Sion, with burial in the Bristol cemetery.
