OBITUARY: Dale G. Perry, 1926-2004, Worth Co., Iowa [Based on an obituary on Northwood Anchor onlinel; July 14, 2004] Dale G. Perry Dale G. Perry, age 77, of Mason City, Iowa, and formerly of Lake Mills, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2004, at the Muse Norris Hospice Unit in Mason City. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 8, at Asbury United Methodist Church with Pastor Audrey Young officiating. Military Rites by Lake Mills Post #235. Burial was at Sunset Rest Cemetery in Northwood, Iowa. Dale G. Perry was born December 21, 1926, to Elmer and C. Jean (Brown) Perry in Northwood. Dale served in the United States Army from 1945 to 1947 in Korea and Hawaii. Dale was a member of the Eagles and Solos and Singles in Albert Lea and enjoyed those fellowships. Dale is survived by his three daughters: Teresa of Edwardsville, Illinois; Vicki of Burnsville, Minnesota; and Sue of Sahuarita, Arizona; and one son, Steve of Mason City; three brothers and three sisters: Ilene Shinn of Northwood; Ruth Perry and Loraine Berg of Albert Lea, Minnesota; Earl of Albert Lea; Jerry of St. Paul, Minnesota; and Lawrence of Winona, Minnesota. Dale leaves five grandchildren: Nicole (Foster) Hudson, Hannah and Naomi Tucker, Philip and Dylan Colby and one great-grandchild, Abigail Hudson.
