OBITUARY: Mark A. Schrader, 1963-2004, Worth Co., Iowa

                          Mark A. Schrader

Mark A Schrader, 40, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Northwood, died
Thursday, Jan. 1, 2004.  Cremation will be at All Faiths Funeral
Service in Austin.  Memorial Services were at James Whitehead's home
in Austin.

Mark was born to Gene and Carol (Ferley) Schrader on Oct. 12, 1963
in Ottumwa, Iowa. He was confirmed at First Lutheran Church, Northwood,
and graduated from Northwood-Kensett High School in 1983. Soon after
graduation he enlisted in the army. He spent the last 20 years of his
life either in the Army and the National Guard. 

Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gilbert and Wilma Ferley,
and Kenneth Schrader.

Survivors include Mark's mother, Carol (Ferley) Roemeling of Kiester,
Minnesota, father Gene Schrader of Vacaville, California, sister and
husband Dawn and Greg Flaskerud and two children of Kiester, Minnesota,
grandmother Marie Schrader, aunts, uncles and cousins.
