OBITUARY: Alma (Troe) Brua, 1894-1970, Worth Co., Iowa




                               Alma Brua

Alma Brua (76) of Lake Mills died November 12, 1970 at Naeve Hospital,
Albert Lea, Minnesota.  She was born July 29, 1894 to Mr. and Mrs.
B.N. Troe in Worth Co.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis.

She is survived by a son, Donald, Chicago, Illinois; two daughters,
Mrs. Leslie (Leona) Waller, Beloit, Wisconsin, and Mrs. George
(Blanche) Monson, Emmons; three sisters, Mrs. Laura Nesby, Lake Mills;
Mrs. Edwin Hagen, Riceville and Mrs. Clarence Sime, Lake Mills; three
brothers, Mrs. Edwin Hagen, Riceville and Mrs. Clarence Sime,
Lake Mills; three brothers, Helmer Troe, Twin Lakes; Alvin Troe,
Emmons and Burnell Troe, Glenville; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-
grandchildren.

The funeral was held at Salem Church, with the Rev. I.B. Sorensen
officiating and burial in the Silver Lake Cemetery.
