Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Elk Creek Lutheran Church, rural Kensett, with the Rev. Harry L. Peterson officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Myli was born Feb. 21, 1898, in Kensett to Elling and Ronnog (Narveson) Redalen. She attended Waldorf Academy and was parish secretary at First Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar for several years. She married Rudolph Myli on June 4, 1924 at Elk Creek Lutheran Church, rural Kensett. She was the a former president of ALCW at Elk Creek Lutheran Church, where she also served as church historian, Sunday school teacher, church organist and choir director. She also was in charge of confirmation instruction in the absence of the pastor. Mrs. Myli is survived by two daughters, Ruth Myli, Sacramento, Calif., and Marilyn Myli, Kensett; three sons, Harlan and Erling, both of Kensett, and Russell, Lake Mills; and four grandchildren, Joel and Kari Myli, Kensett; Brian and Amy, Lake Mills.
