Court for the 1st Dist. of I.T. of the crime of murder of an Indian woman. Sentenced on the 5th day of June 1873 to be hanged on the 25th day of July, 1875, at 12 o.clock.p.m.- This case is now on appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States. Wm. Dowelle-Convicted of the crime of larceny of property belonging to the United States in the 3d Dist. Court of I.T., and sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor in the U.S. penitentiary for a period of one year from the 19th day of November A.D. 1874. Christian L. Oleson- Convicted of per-jury in the 3d District court of I.T., and sentenced to imprisonment in the United stated penitentiary, at hard labor, for a period of one year from the 14th day of November A.D., 1874, and a fine of fifty dollars. Samuel Colyer- Convicted of robbery of the United States mail, in the 2d Distict Court of I.T., and sentenced to imprisonment in the United States penitentiary,at hard labor, for a period of five years from the 29th day of November A.D. 1873. Ah Sin- Convicted of the crime of selling liquor to Indians, in the 1st Judicial district of I.T., sentenced to imprisonment in the United States penitentiary for a period of two years from the 16th day of october A.D. 1874. -TERRITORIAL PRISONERS_ Ah Chock- convicted of the crime of man-slaughter at the April term 1871, of the District Court for the 3d district, Owyhee County, sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 6 years from the 1st day May 1871. John Elliot- Convicted at the November term 1874, for the crime of an attempt to commit rape; sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of five years from the 19th day of November 1874. Charles Slater- Convicted at the November term 1874, of the District Court for the 3d district I.T., of Grand larceny; sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of two years from the 19th day of November 1874. Ah Tin- Convicted at the March term 1874, of the District Court for the 2d district I.T., of the crime of murder in the 2d degree; sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of ten years from the 2d day of April 1875. Wm. Butler- Convicted at the November term of the District Court for the 3d District of the crime of an attempt to commit murder. Sentenced three years, Also of an assault with intent to murder, Sentence three years. Also of Grand Larcency, Sentence two years, Also of the crime of resisting an officer, Sentence two years, making 10 years for this prisoner to serve. R. M. Wilcox- Convicted at the April term 1875, of the District Court for the 1st district I.T., of the crime of an attemt to commit rape; sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of one year from the 26th day of April 1875.
