Idaho World September 15, 1870
 We take the following item from The Boise Statesman:
 Acting Gov. Curtis has granted a requisition on the Govenor of Montana for 
the surrender of J.B.Haon, L. Martulle, P. Marot and P. Tecsay, who are in 
custody in that territory charged in the murder of one Allred, in the northern 
part of Idaho, in June last. The Sheriff of Nez Perce county, I.T., was 
appointed agent for Idaho territory to receive the prisoners.
