Perrault vs. D. Cram- Judgement for Defendant. A. Heed vs. H. E. Prickett- Demurrer overruled, and Plaintiff granted leave to file a replication. Frances A. Chrisman vs. Martin Chrisman- The Court ordered that Defendant Martin Chrisman pay to the clerk of the Court, within six days from date, the sum of $300 to be applied to Plaintiffs costs in suit. Alois Steidel, admitted to citizenship. William S. Sterns vs. N. W. S. Co- Judgement for Plaintiff $500 and costs. Joseph Forsythe vs. Amanda Forsythe- Devorce granted. Thos. Norris vs. J. D. Glenn et. al.- Judgement for Plaintiff for $200 and costs, taxed at $177.95. A. Heed vs. H. E. Prickett- Judgement for Defendant for his costs, taxed at $81.10. S. J. Durbin vs. E. C. Sterling- Judgement for Plaintiff for $274.72 and costs taxed at 41.85. Geo. Gumbert vs. Wm. Bair- Jury failed to agree. J. L. Tillman vs. Edward Bishop- Jury failed to agree. United States vs. Samuel Collyer- Prisoner plead guilty to the crime of robbery, committed on the 25th day July, 1873. Sentenced to five years in the Territorial Penitentiary. United States vs. Rufus King- Prisoner plead guilty to the crime of embezzlement, committed on the 1st of April, 1873. Sentenced to six months in the territorial Penitentiary, and pay a fine of $2,000. C. W. Moore vs. A. B. Taylor- The court had taken demurrer in this case under advisement- overuled the demurrer and gave until Dec. 3rd to file an answer. The People & C. vs. Albert Heed- Defendant by counsel, moved that indictment be set aside, which motion was denied; thereupon defendant by his councel, interposed a demurer to said indictment.
