The funeral of Thomas Miles of Silver City, 14 years of age, was held from his 
late residence on Seventh street near Franklin yesterday afternoon.  Services 
were held at the Catholic church and the interment was in Morris Hill.  The 
cause of the lad's death was consumption, which he contracted from his father, 
who fell a victim to the disease last July.
