Graveside services will be held at Dry Creek Cemetary on Thursday Feb 3, at 2 p.m. Arrngements are under the direction of Summers Funeral Home, Boise Chapel. DeFayne was born on March 29,1945 in Vancouver Washington to Rex Dunbar Steele and Ellen Eileen Schinzler Steele. She loved the outdoors and spent many happy days horseback riding in the Eagle foothills. She was preceded in death by her mother , Eileen Baldwin,her sister Donna Salkield and her granddaughter Shalia Brooks. DeFayne is survived by her husband, Richard; two sons DeWayne and Micheal: a daughter Becky; five grandchildren, Korina,Tiffany,Kyle,Megan Brooks and Kambia Wehren; two brothers Harlin and Marlin Baldwin, and a sister Vicki Sanders;and a grandfather Harry DeHaven.
