Additional Comments:
Carl Clayton Kitchen was born in Stanton, Montecalm, Michigan, to Martin 
Walter Kitchen and Helen Adelia Finch Kitchen.

He married Nora Jane Goslow 19 April 1917 in Boise, Idaho. They lived in 
Cascade and he taught the first school to be built there. Both he and Nora 
served as county officials before they moved to Boise in the mid-20's. They 
divorced and he later married Georgia Andrews 12 October 1935. 

For twenty years he operated a legal publications firm which served the legal 
profession in Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. He also served as secretary or 
assistant secretary of the Idaho State Senate for over twenty-five years.
