Called to Eternity
 
Lester P. Smith, who was taken to the hospital at Weiser Wednesday, died last 
evening after suffering for a number of months with a complication of kidney 
and bladder troubles.
 
Mr. Smith was a most highly respected citizen and his departure is greatly 
regretted.  His many friends and relatives have the sincere sympathy of the 
entire community, especially his estimable wife who has been a bride of only a 
little over four months.  He was taken to Newberg, Ore. for burial.
