Wood River News  Hailey, Alturas County July 15, 1882
THEIR REMOVAL FROM ROCKY BAR AND RECEPTION IN HAILEY.
  By order of the court,on Monday last the county records were started from 
Rocky Bar for Hailey, the new county seat of Alturas, county commissioners 
Bisby and Ledley, Probate Judge S. B. Dilley, County Clerk Calluhan's 
represenative (J. D. Campbell), and Miss Gussie Dilley, the Judge's neice, 
accompanied the wagon loaded with (treasure and documents) in a carraige.
