McPhie hmcphie@cableone.net November 6, 2009, 12:57 am Aberdeen Times, date unknown ABERDEEN--Amee Elizabeth Harris, 74, died Sunday at Harms Memorial Hospital, following a lingering illness. She was born Feb. 11, 1909 at Lindon, Utah, to Horace and Elizabeth Harris Culmer. She was reared and educated in Lindon. On Aug. 27, 1929, she married Fairold Harris at American Falls. The couple moved to Aberdeen and farmed for eight years. Then they moved to Lindon to farm for 10 years. In 1946, they returned to this area to make their home. She was a member of the LDS Church, served as a Primary teacher and was active in the Relief Society. Survivors include her husband, Aberdeen; three sons, Daniel, Aberdeen, Lavar, American Falls, and Clinton, Missoula, Mont.; four daughters, Ardeith Whited, Laverne Arellano and Patricia Garrett, all of Pocatello, and Fay Blair, American Falls; and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday at the Aberdeen LDS chapel with Bishop Morgan Anderson officiating. Friends may call at Davis Mortuary Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. and from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday, friends may call from 8-10 a.m., then at the Relief Society Room of the church from noon until service time. Burial will be in the Aberdeen Cemetery.
