He is the fourth member of the Richards family to die within 36 hours of each other in consequence of eating canned greens that are supposed to have accidentally contained some of the deadly night shade. S. P. Richards, the father, is so low that very slight hopes of his recovery are entertained. D. F. Presnell, who was believed to be out of danger yesterday, is now said to be in a critical condition.
